Job summary

The Fountain Group is hiring an Influencer Operations Coordinator for a prominent client in the professional hair care and beauty industry. The role supports a fast-paced Influencer & Talent team, handling high-volume partnerships and coordinating deliverables across social, PR, and events.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in influencer marketing or related areas, with strong organizational and communication skills. Hybrid work in Culver City, with onsite schedule Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in influencer marketing, talent coordination, social media, PR coordination, project management, or related area.
• Must have experience supporting high-volume influencer/celebrity partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with operational details behind influencer programs: deliverables, timelines, calendars, approvals, follow-up.
• Experience communicating with talent, agents, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and emerging channels.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of high-volume influencer partnerships by managing day-to-day operational activities tied to deliverables.
• Track social, PR, and service-day deliverables across influencer agreements.
• Maintain trackers and calendars for deadlines, status, approvals, and proof of performance.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and follow-ups with talent, agents, managers, and teams.
• Manage social content timelines, including submissions, approvals, revisions, posting dates, and confirmation.
