MyFitnessPal is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day influencer program execution and measure its success and ROI. You will manage a team of influencer specialists and partner with talent, agents, and internal teams to drive scalable growth.

You will oversee budgets, negotiate creator contracts, and align programs with brand objectives while tracking impact on installs, trials, and paid subscriptions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in influencer, creator, or social media marketing with celebrity or macro talent.
• Proven budget management and creator contract oversight.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attribution, performance reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day influencer program execution, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, content delivery, payment, and performance analysis.
• Build long-term creator relationships with talent managers and agencies to drive loyalty and repeat partnerships.
• Evaluate deals based on audience fit, performance potential, and cost.
• Manage relationships with celebrity and macro influencers, including negotiation oversight and content planning.
• Review creator content for brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Track performance against KPIs and report results to stakeholders.
