MyFitnessPal is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day influencer program, measuring ROI and reporting results. You will manage a team of influencer specialists, partner with talent and agencies, and collaborate with internal teams to integrate creator activity into campaigns.

You will develop strategies aligned with brand objectives, stay ahead of industry trends, and own attribution and tracking to link creator activity to installs and trials.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer, creator, or social media marketing, including work with celebrity or macro talent
• Proven budgets management and negotiation or oversight of creator contracts
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Strong analytical skills with attribution, performance reporting, and ROI analysis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or consumer subscription apps
• Familiarity with mobile measurement partners, affiliate platforms, and creator management tools
• Experience with AI tools and automations a plus

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creator communications and provide hands-on support from outreach to briefing, content delivery, payments and performance analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies for loyalty and repeat partnerships
• Evaluate creator deals based on audience fit, performance potential, and cost
• Directly manage relationships with celebrity and macro influencers including negotiation oversight and content planning
• Review creator content to ensure brand standards, messaging, and campaign objectives
• Track influencer performance against KPIs and report results to stakeholders
