MyFitnessPal is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our influencer program, measuring ROI and reporting results to stakeholders. You will manage a team of influencer specialists and collaborate with talent, agencies, and internal partners.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in influencer or social media marketing, strong negotiation and budgets experience, and a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems within health and fitness

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of influencer, creator, or social media marketing experience.
• Experience managing celebrity or macro talent.
• Budgets management and creator contracts oversight.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee creator communications and manage partnership lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, briefs, content delivery, payments and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term creator relationships with talent, managers, and agencies.
• Evaluate influencer deals for fit, potential ROI, and cost effectiveness.
• Directly manage celebrity and macro influencer relationships, including negotiations.
• Monitor content for brand standards and campaign objectives; report KPI results regularly.
• Track influencer performance against KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
