Influencer Marketing Specialist – CPG/Food/Beverage Focus

Are you someone who opens your Instagram feed to see an update from an influencer you have a “personal” relationship with, have your go-to accounts for recommendations on just about everything, and know a solid partnership when you see one? If so, we want to meet you. Sircle Media is looking for an Influencer Marketing Managerwith brand-side experience at an agency, particularly in the CPG, food, beverage, and/or spirits space, to join our growing influencer marketing department.

Your day-to-day will include running point on client strategies and execution to support our social media retainer clients as well as standalone influencer campaigns. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build and manage brand-aligned influencer programs that drive measurable results. You’ll bring your own creative ideas to the table, source and pitch influencers, negotiate smartly to deliver maximum value, and oversee campaigns from kickoff through reporting. You'll be supported by a junior influencer specialist and a team of directors to help ensure you stick the landing.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for influencer retainer clients; build trust and position Sircle Media as a strategic influencer marketing partner.
  • Strategy Development: Think ahead to craft new ideas and engagement tactics for influencer campaigns tailored to brand goals.
  • Influencer Sourcing: Build curated influencer lists aligned to brand voice, audience, and KPIs.
  • Outreach & Negotiation: Lead the charge on influencer communications and negotiations to ensure optimal pricing and value.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution with precision.
  • Reporting: Tell the story behind the numbers—extract insights, connect data to KPIs, and support client decision-making.
The Non-Negotiables:
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically managing paid partnerships.
  • Agency experience is required, especially on brand-side campaigns for CPG, food, beverage, and/or spirits clients.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, with the confidence to lead conversations, present strategy, and build rapport.
  • Deep familiarity with influencer contracts, rate negotiation, and legal nuances.
  • Ability to define and explain influencer campaign KPIs and report on them effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with experience across multiple accounts.
  • A genuine interest in and passion for the CPG and beverage space.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted consultant to director-level and C-suite clients.
  • A proactive mindset and a reputation for solving problems before they become problems.
