Whatnot, a leading live-commerce platform, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the paid influencer program from strategy to execution. You will manage creator relationships across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring performance-driven results and clear communication with stakeholders.

You’ll report on campaign performance, partner with product and marketing teams, and build scalable processes to grow creator partnerships while thriving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment

Qualificações

• 4+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Proven track record running end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Experience managing top-tier and macro creator relationships.
• Able to build a mid-tier roster alongside macro deals.
• Comfortable operating across creator tiers and fast-paced growth.
• Strong writing and strategic direction for creators.
• Analytical and data-driven, with reporting on program performance.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can build or improve playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, outreach, and close deals with influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Develop campaigns mapping to creator archetypes with Category Marketing.
• Source creators via email, DM, or other channels.
• Negotiate contracts aligned with CAC, LTV targets and routing for signature.
• Provide white-glove account management to partners.
• Build and manage scalable creator roster for volume.
