SPS Commerce, Inc. seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run our influencer, creator, and UGC programs from the Brand Marketing team. You will identify partners, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and FTC guidelines.

You’ll work with the Social Media Manager and broader Marketing team to extend reach, measure impact, and stay ahead of creator economy trends. Hybrid role based in Minneapolis with remote options.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in influencer/partnership marketing within B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer relationships and campaigns.
• Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and content compliance.
• Experience sourcing or producing user-generated content (UGC).
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the influencer marketing strategy and program goals.
• Research and cultivate relationships with industry experts, creators, and thought leaders.
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and UGC initiatives.
• Coordinate briefs, concepts, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
• Manage budgets, partnerships with agencies/platforms, and ROI tracking.
• Ensure FTC disclosure compliance and brand standards across content.
• Collaborate with Social Media, External Communications, and Talent Marketing.
