Transcend Solutions is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead strategic influencer campaigns within our MX Marketing team in Plano, TX. You will manage talent onboarding, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and translate business goals into influencer strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to secure terms, monitor KPIs, and present ROI-focused updates to executives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent aligned with strategic priorities and onboard new talent.
• Develop end-to-end strategic campaign plans with objectives and audiences.
• Execute campaigns and device launches, translating strategies into influencer actions.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage funding and approvals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with Talent.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide consultative guidance to internal stakeholders on influencer work.
• Create executive-ready presentations with ROI targets.
