WCL Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for a 15-week, fully onsite contract in Plano, TX. You will identify and onboard talent, lead campaigns end-to-end, and work closely with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to optimize ROI and compliance.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is located in Plano, TX, with typical 8am-5pm hours and potential extension/conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
• 5+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong contract negotiation with finance/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent aligned with strategic priorities and onboard new talent via agency partners.
• Develop end-to-end influencer campaign plans with objectives, audiences and KPIs.
• Execute campaigns and device launches; translate strategies into influencer tactics.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement to secure terms.
• Track KPIs and ROI; adjust campaigns as needed.
• Present execution plans clearly to internal stakeholders.
