Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business management.
• 5+ years in Influencer Marketing/Talent, Partnerships or related areas.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with compliance and finance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify Talent aligned with priorities and onboard new Talent.
• Develop strategic campaign plans with launch objectives and audiences.
• Execute campaigns and device launches, translating strategies to Influencer activity.
• Collaborate with Finance for funding approvals within compliance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on Influencer strategies to internal teams.
• Create executive-ready presentations with ROI and data targets.
