Job summary

Coolr US is seeking an Influencer Manager to join our fast-growing US team. You’ll drive influencer and creator campaigns from strategy through execution, working hands-on on creator research, outreach, content reviews and day-to-day project management.

You’ll help build the influencer function for Coolr US, manage budgets and timelines, review content, and report performance while collaborating with clients and the wider team to deliver standout campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Confident client-facing presence and ability to explain strategy and results.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support influencer activity across client accounts with the Senior Influencer Manager.
• Develop influencer and creator strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Own assigned influencer campaigns from planning to completion and report progress.
• Manage influencer outreach, talent coordination, negotiations, and deliverables.
• Track timelines and milestones, approvals and launches.
• Review content to ensure on-brief and compliant execution.
• Support campaign reporting and identify learnings for future opportunities.
• Assist day-to-day client communications and budget/tracking activities.
