Who are Coolr?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers. Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Harvest Snaps and Skyscanner (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

About the role:

We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to join our US team. You’ll bring a strong understanding of influencer marketing, a passion for creators and culture, and a proactive approach to supporting the team across a range of exciting client campaigns.

Working closely with the Senior Influencer Manager, you’ll support the development, management and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns across our growing client portfolio. You’ll be hands‑on throughout campaign execution, helping with creator research and outreach, campaign coordination, content reviews, reporting and day‑to‑day project management.

This is a huge opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, culturally attuned and commercially sharp. You will help build the influencer function for Coolr US, not just operate within an existing one.

The job

Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of the key areas of responsibility for this role:

  • Support the successful running of influencer activity across client accounts, working closely with the Senior Influencer Manager and wider team.
  • Support the development of influencer and creator strategies that align with client business goals, brand vision, audience behavior and campaign KPIs.
  • Take ownership of assigned areas of influencer campaigns, proactively managing tasks through to completion while keeping the Senior Influencer Manager informed of progress and flagging challenges or opportunities.
  • Manage influencer outreach and talent coordination, including creator sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, usage and day‑to‑day relationship management.
  • Manage campaign timelines and trackers, keeping key milestones, creator deliverables, approvals and launch dates on track.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it is on‑brief, legally compliant and creatively compelling, escalating feedback and approvals where needed.
  • Support campaign reporting and performance analysis, helping identify learnings and opportunities to inform future recommendations, including paid amplification and distribution opportunities.
  • Support day‑to‑day client communication, helping keep influencer projects moving and ensuring key updates, timelines and deliverables are managed effectively.
  • Support influencer budget tracking, campaign administration and agency processes, while helping build Coolr US’ creator network and identify relevant talent and partnership opportunities.
What we are looking for

Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable, these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up for success in this role:

  • An Influencer Manager in a social first agency or brand
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, from strategy and talent sourcing through to execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Confident client‑facing presence, with the ability to build trust, lead conversations and clearly explain influencer strategy, performance and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage, track and negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure we are delivering the best work possible in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • Able to handle multiple clients and prioritize your time and internal resource based on requirement.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, internet behaviour, paid amplification and what makes influencer content actually work in‑feed.
  • Excellent talent judgement, with the ability to identify creators who are not only relevant on paper, but genuinely right for the brand, audience and platform.
  • Excited by the opportunity to be a part of a growing US team, shaping the function from the ground up and going the extra mile to deliver standout work.
A Coolr Offer

We appreciate all the hard work that our teams deliver every day — here are some of the benefits and perks you’ll enjoy while working at Coolr:

  • Competitive salary reflective of your experience and aligned with our internal salary bands.
  • Flexible Hybrid working. We work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
  • Enjoy 20 days of paid time off (PTO), in addition to all U.S. Federal Holidays.
