Job summary

Glossier is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer community building from its Los Angeles office, reporting to the Influencer Marketing Associate Manager. You will scout LA-local and global talent, coordinate offer letters and contracts, and manage affiliate communications and gifting through ShopMy.

The role also requires keeping the influencer database and seeding tracker current and building ongoing relationships with creators in beauty and lifestyle spaces.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, affiliate, or community roles.
• Experience in beauty or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
