Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

If you've spent the last few years inside the creator economy watching brands realise how central creators have become to their strategy, this is a role where that knowledge pays off.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in influencer or creator marketing, with real time on brand accounts.
• Hands-on campaign fluency and genuine command of Meta and TikTok.
• Clients who stayed because of you. Bring the examples.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness: budgets, margins, and a feel for when an account is ready to grow.
• Comfortable owning both the relationship and the commercial conversation, and flexing across delivery when the account needs it
• AI is already part of how you work day to day

Responsibilities

• Run client calls and check-ins across launches, seasonal moments, and always-on programs.
• Own the relationship and account narrative; turn results into a client story that guides next steps.
• Provide early warning and plan when something drifts; keep leadership informed.
• Identify signals for growth and pass opportunities with context for leadership.
• Ensure client experiences are delivered on commitments, scopes, and budgets.
• Maintain clean trackers and ensure feedback reaches the right team.
