Job summary

Kyra, a creator-focused influencer marketing platform, seeks a Strategist to lead platform-native campaign strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You will own direction from pitch to post-campaign, turning insights into bold creative concepts for two enterprise accounts.

You'll collaborate across Client Solutions, Campaign Management, Paid Media, and Business Development, reporting to the Strategy Director, with a remote-first team setup and a strong emphasis on data-driven

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in strategy, planning, insights, or branded content.
• Experience implementing/using AI tools into workflows.
• Deep knowledge of platform behaviours across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Excellent brief-writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end development of campaign strategies—from audience profiling to content formats, messaging and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft platform-native concepts aligned with brand tone and commercial goals.
• Write high-quality briefs and strategic decks that inspire clients and creators.
• Define and refine measurement frameworks for success across CPV, ER, and platform KPIs.
• Use first-party, platform, and audience data to inform targeting, creative direction and optimisation.
• Partner with Paid Media and Client Solutions to interpret results and make strategic recommendations.
• Act as strategic lead across client portfolio with relationships grounded in value and clarity.
