Job summary

Influential is seeking an experienced Specialist, Client Management to join our team. You will collaborate with Client and Campaign Management to ensure campaigns meet scope, timelines, and processes, while delivering results for beauty, QSR, auto, and other verticals.

You will drive client relationships, manage billing reconciliation, and mentor junior colleagues as you grow within a fast-moving agency environment at Publicis Groupe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive campaign success by coordinating with operations and sales teams.
• Lead kickoff calls to outline influencer selection and execution details.
• Resolve campaign roadblocks with actionable solutions.
• Prepare reports and optimize ad performance against objectives.
• Manage timelines and asset delivery in project management platform.
• Educate clients on Influential’s offerings and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings.
