We’re looking for a passionate Influencer Manager to scale our Influencer program, manage relationships with partners, and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience working with Influencer partners and publishers.
• Strong understanding of Influencer metrics and business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approve Influencer applications and onboard new partners.
• Monitor activity, analyze performance, and optimize revenues.
• Scale program through outreach and recruiting partnerships.
• Design and adjust commission structures using data and market insights.
• Track leads, report KPIs, and ensure timely payments to Influencers.
• Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce to align campaigns.
