Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) seeks an Influencer & Content Marketing Specialist to lead KOA’s Community Influencer & Co-Op programs, recruit and vet creators, and coordinate UGC projects for national campaigns.

The role connects campground operators with creators and supports brand ambassador initiatives. The position requires 3–5 years in influencer marketing or related fields, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships with a distributed

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media management or related marketing coordination roles.
• Proven experience sourcing, vetting and managing creator relationships from outreach through delivery.
• Working knowledge of influencer/UGC agreements, including content rights and payment terms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Serve as the go-to resource for KOA franchisees and campground operators seeking influencer partnerships.
• Advise operators on creator visits, hosting best practices, and marketing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a vetted roster of influencers for KOA campaigns.
• Manage KOA’s Influencer Co-Op Program including enrollment, agreements, and reporting.
• Coordinate national UGC content projects and creator visits with campgrounds and KOA’s marketing team.
• Assist with KOA’s national influencer initiatives in collaboration with the PR agency.
• Build and maintain KOA’s influencer community resources and guidelines.
