Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a program leader to manage influencer and affiliate marketing across Meta platforms, driving performance and growth for QVC and HSN.

The role requires strong creator relationships, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, creative, and leadership teams. You will work hybrid, onsite at West Chester, PA several days monthly and must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing with measurable results.
• Strong command of Meta platforms and creator commerce landscape.
• Experience forecasting and reporting marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the influencer and affiliate program on Meta for QVC/HSN to grow the business.
• Build and manage relationships with creators and publishers; negotiate partnerships.
• Manage program budget; forecast performance; identify growth opportunities for leadership.
• Support affiliate loyalty programs to increase sales and customer retention.
• Lead regular partner meetings and stay ahead of trends with influencers.
