QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Social Commerce Program Lead to manage influencer and affiliate partnerships from our West Chester, PA headquarters.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence several days per month and close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and senior leadership to turn strategy into measurable results. You will manage relationships with creators and publishers, optimize the program on Meta platforms, forecast budgets, and drive incremental sales while upholding brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of growing influencer/affiliate programs.
• Strong budget forecasting and performance reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer and affiliate marketing programs on Meta for QVC/HSN.
• Build and manage creator relationships and negotiate partnerships.
• Manage program budget, forecast performance, and report to leadership.
• Support affiliate loyalty program to drive incremental sales and retention.
• Coordinate regular partner syncs and influencer meetings.
• Research new opportunities with influencer networks and test formats.
• Oversee agency partners to align with goals and brand standards.
