Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Influencer / Creator Marketing Coordinator to support the VP and Sr. Manager of Global Creator Marketing on creator partnerships for a medical aesthetics client, plus additional agency accounts in fashion retail and luxury hospitality. Role is NYC local with a hybrid arrangement, part-time at 20 hours per week for six months.

Compensation is $30-$35 per hour. You will assist with creator outreach, regulatory reviews, asset coordination, invoicing, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics or beauty industries is preferred.
• Experience navigating heavily regulated marketing environments and regulatory review processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active partnerships.
• Must be based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Support creator research, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day communications.
• Manage campaign trackers, timelines, briefing docs, and contracting/admin coordination.
• Coordinate creator content through regulatory review, submission prep, feedback tracking, revisions, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Monitor posting status, usage rights, and maintain asset libraries and campaign documentation.
• Support creator invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting inputs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Social, Media, Creative, and Account teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support creator research, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day communications
• Manage campaign trackers, timelines, briefing docs, and contracting/admin coordination
• Own creator content coordination through regulatory (PRC) review — submission prep, feedback tracking, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery
• Monitor posting status and usage rights, and maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation
• Support creator invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting inputs
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Social, Media, Creative, and Account teams

Required Qualifications:

• Ideally experience in medical aesthetics or beauty
• Background working in heavily regulated marketing environments, with experience navigating legal/medical/regulatory review processes
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active partnerships at once
• Must be based in New York
