Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Account Service Supervisor for Influencer COE to drive influencer strategy and manage client communications across the Creo platform. You will lead proposal development, campaigns, and reporting, coordinating with Creo teams and OMG COE stakeholders.

The role focuses on centralized influencer activation and liaison between creator management and client teams, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, analytics, and strategic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience within Influencer and media environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companies.
• Experience working on client business in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer communication for OMG clients, including proposal development, commercial agreements, and client communication from initial briefing to completion
• Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environment
• Lead client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and convey stages to clients
• Leverage OMG Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review with Creo activation personnel
