Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Supervisor, Account Management to lead influencer strategy and client management across OM agencies in a Creo-powered environment. You will guide a team of Account Management professionals, manage client communications, present campaign strategies, and oversee reporting for creator campaigns within a centralized service model.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in influencer experiences, with a track record in Fortune-500 collaborations, retail/CPG exposure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environments.
• Hands-on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to Influencer campaigns for Fortune-500 companies.
• Experience working on client business in retail and consumer packaged goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own key influencer relationships that build a trust-based partnership with OM clients.
• Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environment.
• Manage client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and relay the respective stages to clients.
• Leverage OM Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review with Creo activation personnel.
