Influential is seeking an Associate to join our Creator Management team to support day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients across verticals. You will assist with presale and post-sale activities, progressing toward leading campaigns with smaller budgets.

You will thrive with strong attention to detail, passion for social media, and love for project management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with influencer marketing.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving details.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
• Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Drive campaign success across varying budgets and complexities.
• Manage workflow and tasks in the project management platform.
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting and content management.
• Support planning and reporting across presale and post-sale phases.
• Coordinate with Client Solutions to meet scope, timelines, and protocols.
• Act as liaison between talent and Influential for deliverables and payments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
• Become an expert in the proprietary platform and organize campaign data.
