Job summary

Great Lakes Wellness is seeking a Social Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow and activate our creator, ambassador, and affiliate network. You’ll manage day-to-day outreach, onboarding, product seeding, and campaigns to turn partnerships into scalable revenue.

You will build relationships with creators, track performance, optimize codes and links, and support product launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving wellness brand and enjoys turning data into growth

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Hands-on experience recruiting influencers, creators, ambassadors, and/or affiliates.
• Experience with affiliate or creator-management platforms; Superfiliate a plus.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and emerging creator platforms.
• Performance mindset with metrics like revenue, CAC, activation and content performance.

Responsibilities

• Creator & affiliate recruitment: identify, source, and recruit high-potential creators and affiliates with strong conversion potential.
• Outreach & relationship management: own creator outreach, onboarding, gifting coordination, and ongoing communication.
• Affiliate activation: support setup, links/codes, incentives, and campaign communications.
• Creator pipeline management: maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, ambassadors, and affiliates.
• Content generation: drive creators to deliver brand-aligned video and UGC.
• Product launches: seeding for new products and generating early content and social proof.
• Performance optimization: track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve activation and revenue.
• Partner development: identify creators who can advance to ambassador/ higher-performing roles.
• Content insights: share learnings on recurring hooks and formats with marketing teams.
