Great Lakes Wellness in the Wellmore Holdings portfolio seeks a highly organized Social Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow and activate our creator network, turning partnerships into a scalable revenue channel. Qualifikationen

• 2-5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or related field.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and managing influencers, creators, ambassadors, and/or affiliates.
• Experience with affiliate or creator-management platforms; Superfiliate experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and emerging creator platforms.
• Performance mindset with metrics such as revenue, conversion, CAC, affiliate activation, and content performance.
• Excellent written communication and creator relationship-management skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage high outreach volume.
• Experience with consumer brands; wellness/beauty/food/beverage is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, test-and-learn approach in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Recruit high-potential creators and affiliates across priority platforms with emphasis on engagement and conversion.
• Own creator outreach, onboarding, gifting, and ongoing communication to keep partners active.
• Support affiliate setup, links/codes, incentives, and campaign communications across platforms.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active creators, ambassadors, and affiliates; track status and outcomes.
• Drive creator-led video and UGC by briefing and collecting deliverables, ensuring brand alignment.
• Assist product launches with creator seeding and early content, testimonials, and social proof.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase activation, revenue, and efficiency.
• Identify high-potential creators for progression into ambassador and higher-tier affiliate relationships.
• Share actionable learnings on hooks, formats, and creator profiles with the marketing team.
• Ensure creator content follows brand, claims, sourcing, and disclosure guidelines.
