Job summary

MirrorMate Frames is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager in Charlotte, NC. This role will own and scale influencer and affiliate partnerships from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include building and scaling creator pipelines, managing campaigns, and optimizing affiliate performance for revenue growth. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling influencer or affiliate programs for a DTC brand.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the influencer and creator marketing program.
• Scale MirrorMate’s affiliate program as a meaningful revenue channel.
• Manage multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines simultaneously.
