Job summary

The Mane Attraction, LLC is looking for a creative, organized UGC & Affiliate Manager to grow our creator community and drive sales through UGC, influencer, and affiliate partnerships. You will recruit, manage, and coordinate campaigns across platforms, while tracking ROI and optimizing what works best for our beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand.

Your work will involve briefing creators, managing deliverables, and repurposing successful content to maximize reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience with UGC and influencer programs.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and tracking.
• Strong social media execution across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Coordinate outreach, gifting, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Create briefs and manage UGC content from concept to completion.
• Grow and manage the affiliate program with codes, links and promotions.
• Track performance, sales, and ROI for creators and affiliates.
• Identify trending creators aligned with the brand.
• Repurpose high-performing UGC across social, website, email, and ads.
