Job summary

Stellar Entertainment, a world‑leading inflight entertainment provider, seeks a Manager, Video Programming to research, screen, and evaluate content for airline clients. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely media processing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the media and content landscape, local and international.
• Passion for movies and TV and awareness of what’s relevant for different audiences and demographics.
• Can manage external suppliers and deliverables across international locations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and database/content management skills.
• Fierce multitasker who can manage strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Programming: curate airline content monthly and research licensing rights and pricing information.
• Client Satisfaction: manage client expectations for programming projects daily.
• Content Screening: review content for guidelines and prepare reports for airline approval.
• Database Management: ingest proposals and maintain the content library with metadata.
• Media Scheduling/Operations: create content schedules and document internal processes.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships with clients, distributors and partners.
• Quality Control: assist with media troubleshooting and on-site testing as needed.
• Data Insights & Performance Analysis: leverage analytics to inform decisions and provide recommendations.
