Job summary

Job description

Program Manager, In-flight Connectivity

The incumbent will lead delivery of In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system installations and upgrades for large commercial aircraft. You will work closely with airline customers and lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, certification, supply chain, and operations to deliver complex programs with clarity and confidence.

Primary Responsibilities / Key Result Areas
  • Own end-to-end delivery of IFC/IFE installation and upgrade programs, from planning through entry into service and sustaining operations
  • Lead cross‑functional teams spanning aircraft engineering, software, certification, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and installation
  • Build and manage integrated program schedules, action registries, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
  • Serve as a primary customer‑facing lead, building trust through clear communication and reliable follow‑through
  • Lead internal and external program reviews, providing clear status, risks, and recommended actions
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation with a focus on outcomes, not handoffs
  • Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and delivery efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in airline, aerospace, or aircraft modification activities
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex, cross‑functional programs
  • Solid understanding of program management fundamentals including schedule, risk, and issue management
  • Experience using program management tools and standard productivity software
