Job summary

American Airlines seeks a Specialist, Inflight Innovation and Insights to support in-flight technology updates, training, and data-driven decision making. You’ll collaborate with the Inflight, Innovation and Delivery team to keep systems current and enable field teams and stakeholders to adapt to changes.

The role emphasizes content updates, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across customer experience and operations. A 3+ year track record is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement, education, and procedures of various technology programs and initiatives.
• Ensure documents and forms are updated or managed, related to Inflight Technology systems.
• Supports tasks and delivery of items submitted through tech requests, system access adjustments, or other forms related to the Innovation and Delivery team.
• Serves as go-to person for content updates.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for workflows and support for power platforms.
• Track monthly metrics used to brief leaders and make data-driven decisions.
