You will play a key role in supporting flight attendants across the American Airlines system while leading high‑impact initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and cross‑departmental collaboration. In this role, you’ll help enhance the inflight experience, guide the team through a fast‑paced 24/7/365 operation, and maintain a robust internal training program that sets new team members up for success. Every day brings meaningful opportunities to influence operational performance and contribute to the success of the broader Inflight organization.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in inflight operations, aviation, customer service, crew scheduling, or related operational fields.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting flight attendants or working within an airline’s inflight or operations department.
• Prior project management, training, or team‑lead experience.
• Familiarity with airline operational systems, crew management platforms, and real‑time operational recovery processes.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and operational functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing operational demands.
• Project coordination or project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7/365 operations.
