You will work with the Hub Control Center, crews, and other departments to monitor reliability and resolve incidents, ensuring smooth operations across concourses and aircraft when needed.

The role requires collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a readiness to handle early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to secure airport authority/security badges.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including early mornings and holidays.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Represent Inflight in Hub Control Center and support on-time departures.
• Collaborate with hub leaders to monitor operations and crew assignments.
• Review flights for potential crew misconnects and delays.
• Provide status of department reliability and communicate irregularities.
