Alaska Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Inflight Crew Scheduling to oversee the daily operation of Inflight Schedulers for Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines. You will lead priorities, drive on-time performance, and ensure compliance with scheduling rules across teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction within a complex scheduling environment.

Formación

• 3 years airline/crew scheduling experience or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Inflight Crew Schedulers to meet performance objectives.
• Investigate and report on delays and irregular flight activity and implement solutions.
• Supervise adherence to FAR, CBA and company policies for scheduling.
• Liaise with IAM & AFA to resolve contractual work agreements.
• Develop schedulers through performance management and coaching.
• Manage department administrative functions and daily schedules.
• Answer escalated calls from Flight Attendants on scheduling needs.
• Collaborate cross-departments to promote a positive work culture.
• Influence the team culture through action and leadership.
