• Proven experience in inflator, initiator, airbag, or energetic material development.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end inflator development from concept to industrialization.
• Define performance targets; ensure compliance with standards.
• Translate system requirements into manufacturable designs.

Skills

Experience in inflator development

Engineering judgement

Strong analytical thinking

Knowledge of pyrotechnic inflators

Experience with multi-disciplinary teams

Education

Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
