Qualifications

• Proven experience in inflator, initiator, airbag, or energetic material development.
• Strong expertise in pyrotechnic inflators required.
• Experience with design validation and test matrices.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end inflator development, from concept through validation.
• Define performance targets and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead prototype development and test planning.
