Qualifications

• Medical degree and board certification in Infectious Diseases are required.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience.
• Strong record of clinical excellence and scholarly activity.
• Ability to secure extramural funding for research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Medicine.
• Oversee clinical, research, and educational activities; plan for growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain faculty and staff; manage budget and resources.
• Foster collaboration and a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support education through Infectious Disease Fellowship and faculty development.
