Formación
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Pharm.D. degree.
- Clinical pharmacy residency with PGY2 in Infectious Diseases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems.
- Recommend and monitor drug therapy.
- Participate in formulary review and drug monographs for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
- Develop drug guidelines and order sets.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and related committees.
- Provide drug information to health care providers.
- Educate physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and students.
