Riverside University Health System (RUHS) seeks a Clinical Pharmacist III to support Infectious Diseases programs at Moreno Valley Medical Center. The role provides ID consultations, antimicrobial stewardship, and outpatient ID clinic coverage, with teaching and mentoring of residents and APPE students.

The incumbent demonstrates advanced clinical leadership, oversees junior staff, and leads projects to improve antimicrobial use, compliance, and patient outcomes, reporting to Supervising

Competenze

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (ACPE-accredited)
• Completion of an accredited residency (PGY-1)
• PGY-2 Infectious Diseases residency (preferred) or equivalent experience

Mansioni

• Provide infectious disease consults and support antimicrobial stewardship.
• Cover outpatient ID clinic and collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Lead or contribute to policy development and quality improvement projects.
• Mentor residents and APPE students; provide education to staff.
• Monitor and optimize pharmacotherapy to improve patient outcomes.
