County of Riverside seeks a Clinical Pharmacist III to support Infectious Diseases programs at Riverside Medical Center in Moreno Valley. You will provide ID pharmacotherapy, antimicrobial stewardship, outpatient clinic coverage, and mentor residents and students.

The role emphasizes independent clinical judgment, leadership, and project management in a hospital setting, with opportunities for teaching and research participation.

Qualifications

• Pharm. D. degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency; 5 years post-residency in the related specialty.
• Two or more years post-residency in Infectious Diseases pharmacy (for advanced tracks) and CA licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide infectious diseases pharmacotherapy consultation and antimicrobial stewardship.
• Oversee quality assurance and junior staff in pharmacy operations.
• Teach and mentor residents and APPE students; participate in rounds and education.
• Lead or contribute to process-improvement projects to optimize antimicrobial use.
