Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks physicians for rotating weekend and hybrid schedules to support inpatient and transplant services. The role includes high ICU and autoimmune pediatric case volume across two hospitals, with options for weekend call and outpatient hospice coverage.

Travel and lodging are pre-paid, and malpractice coverage is provided. Hospital privileges are required; the engagement is with a trusted agency and includes licensing cost assistance.

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• High volume of ICU and autoimmune pediatric cases.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient coverage across two hospital locations on weekends.
• General ID service: 10-15 patients per day with 5-10 consults.
• Optional weekend coverage with 24hr call with ~5hrs rounding Saturday & Sunday.
• Transplant service: 10-12 patients – weekend coverage only.
• Optional outpatient hospice – 5-6 sessions per week (4-5 hrs each).
