Global Medical Staffing is seeking an infectious disease physician for hospital coverage in California. The role includes inpatient and transplant service with rotating two weeks on and two weeks off, weekdays 8 am to 6 pm, and optional weekend duties including 24-hour call with rounding on weekends.

We offer travel and housing pre‑paid, paid malpractice, licensing assistance, and NALTO membership support. Expect a high volume of ICU and autoimmune pediatric cases across two hospital locations

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.

Responsabilités

• General ID service: 10–15 patients per day with 5–10 consults.
• Inpatient coverage across two hospital locations on weekends.
• Optional weekend coverage: 24hr call with ~5hrs rounding Sat & Sun.
• Transplant service: 10–12 patients; weekend coverage only.
• Rotating 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule – weekdays 8am–6pm.
• Optional outpatient hospice – 5–6 sessions per week (4–5 hrs each).
• High volume of ICU and autoimmune pediatric cases.
