Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for our Arlington, TX outpatient facility. You will join a mission-driven team focused on patient care, with no nights or weekends required.

This full-time role offers base salary $250,000–$290,000, plus a sign bonus, quarterly bonus, retention bonus, productivity bonuses on patient visits, 401K, and full benefits. Requires MD/DO, active DEA and Furnishing license, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state license.
• Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification active.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Document the visit the same day or within 72 hours with E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise PAs and NPs and provide on-call coverage as assigned.
• 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly.
