Genie Matthews and Associates seeks a Medical Director for outpatient care in St. Augustine, FL. The role targets Infectious Disease, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine physicians with a focus on clinic-based care and leadership.

The physician will support a mission-driven team, provide primary care with high patient volumes, and work on-site with a robust benefits package and relocation options if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active, state-appropriate medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality outpatient care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Accommodations made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Manage patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours including E/M codes.
• Oversee workflow and coordinate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
