Qualifications

• Residency in an ASHP accredited program and/or Infectious Disease Fellowship recommended.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and carry out Antimicrobial Management and Stewardship programs.
• Consult with hospital staff to provide therapeutic guidance and drug information.
• Evaluate and maintain quality initiatives by accrediting organizations pertaining to antimicrobial stewardship program.
