Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
• Completion of PGY2 Residency in Infectious Diseases highly preferred.
• Board certification in infectious diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP).
• Oversee clinical pharmacists and support staff.
• Educate healthcare providers on antimicrobial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support research initiatives related to ID pharmacotherapy.
