Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PA Pharmacist license required.
• NJ Pharmacist license within 90 days of hire.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient information and optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Manage therapy under Collaborative Practice Agreements and protocols.
• Evaluate patient-specific factors to ensure safe, effective medication use.
• Develop and update evidence-based treatment guidelines and programs.
• Mentor and precept pharmacy residents and staff; lead quality initiatives.
