Arc at Bradley is seeking an Infection Preventionist to provide primary skin care oversight for residents under medical direction, focusing on infection prevention practices, rounds, data collection, and outbreak investigations.

You will train staff, maintain case records, report incidents to the Director of Nursing or Medical Director, and ensure supplies for prevention activities are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN/RN license with current state licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of LPN/RN experience.
• Wound certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and monitor infection prevention practices.
• Maintain infection data and case records.
• Investigate outbreaks and report incidents to the appropriate leaders.
• Provide staff training on infection prevention measures.
• Recommend prevention strategies and ensure supplies are available.
