Qualifications

• LPN/RN licensure with current, unrestricted state status.
• Wound Certification from an accredited program preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of LPN/RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rounds and collaborate with licensed staff on dermatologic and wound care.
• Assess residents and refer to physicians as needed for evaluation or supervision.
• Identify, manage and treat skin disorders and related lesions as appropriate.
• Document and report resident status and infection data to leadership and Medical Director.
