Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Infection Preventionist to oversee infection prevention and control within a skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee, WI. You will educate residents, families, and staff on prevention and best practices while maintaining program surveillance.

We value a responsible professional with a Wisconsin nursing license, strong communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision to promote patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in nursing or infection control.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Infection Prevention and Control Plan (IPCP) including infection surveillance.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on infection prevention.
• Collaborate with leadership to set annual infection control goals.
• Ensure proper use of isolation and transmission-based precautions.
